This is a shop tag not a brand tag and this store was a very high end women's clothing store here in the northern Utah region

but I would be surprised if it was handmade as the construction is really nice

1950's cotton polka-dot print wiggle dress 70s_shirtdress_large I did notice the smallest1950's cotton print wiggle dress with abstract polka dots in moody shades of rust tan and grey blue on a charcoal background with an allover kind of cracked look it's so cool. The collar and sleeve cuffs have this cream stitch in stripes that cross at the points of the collar in a very distinctive way. It's shirtwaist with covered buttons that have a circle in the middle and a snap at the waist. The silhouette is classic 50s wiggle, very figure
